Both facilities provide residents with a weekly activity schedule identifying various constructive activities, therapeutic groups, and recreational outings that incorporate community integration. Staff documents each resident's daily progress to better identify symptoms and areas of concern and obtain services, treat, and implement a record of prompt and adequate treatment.
Each resident is matched explicitly with a monetary and/or alternative incentive program to meet their daily goals. Depending on the resident's needs and abilities, the facilities also provide assistance, referral, and support with requests for vocational, educational, and spiritual desires, keeping in mind the resident's treatment conditions as determined via joint communication and efforts with the resident's treatment providers.
Staff work diligently and effectively with one another to provide a resourceful, empathetic, supportive, and structured family-style environment for each resident to achieve the most stability and independence possible. On staff, we have a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Doctor of Psychology, Certified Peer Specialist, Trauma Services Specialist, Recovery Coach Professional, Registered Nurse, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker for CCS supervision.

Path Ways provides 24-hour awake supervision and monitoring, as well as resident-specific programming. Path Ways is a small-scale facility located on the edge of the village of Necedah, allowing easy access to local shopping, library, and parks.
Depending on the resident's abilities and treatment conditions, Pathways allows residents to establish more independence in the community and within the home by incorporating monitored, indirect, supervised passes. Although Path Ways remains a structured and monitored environment, residents are encouraged to develop independent living skills and interact more frequently within the community.
