Deer Path Integrated Living, Inc., formerly Deer Path Assisted Living, Inc., was purchased and licensed by Erica and Brenda Falk-Huzar in 2013. Brenda had worked for the original Deer Path for over 17 years and Erica for over 11. They realized this was their calling and wanted to make a bigger difference in people's lives.  Among others, we contract with agencies working with Comprehensive Community Services (CCS).

Staff work diligently and effectively with one another to provide a resourceful, empathetic, supportive, and structured family-style environment for each resident to achieve the most stability and independence possible.​  On staff, we have a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Doctor of Psychology, Certified Peer Specialist, Trauma Services Specialist, Recovery Coach Professional, Registered Nurse, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker for CCS supervision.
